How to request deletion of your Dive account and all associated data.

How to request deletion

To delete your Dive account and all associated data, send an email to our team from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line “Delete Account Request.”

We will confirm your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently remove:

  • Your user profile and login credentials
  • Your dashboard configurations and preferences
  • Push notification tokens registered to your devices
  • Your organization and studio memberships

What we retain

For legal, security, and accounting reasons, a limited set of records is retained for a fixed period after deletion:

  • Payment records — retained for 7 years (tax and accounting obligations)
  • Anonymized logs — retained for 90 days
  • Audit logs — retained for 12 months

Timeline

Your account and personal data are deleted or anonymized within 30 days of a confirmed request, except for the limited records listed above, which are removed once their retention period ends.
